Job Summary
Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Collect and document session data accurately, collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families, and participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed. Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with additional availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of one year of experience working with children. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field
- Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
- Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
