Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community environments. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability, facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst. Track client progress and program data while providing adequate feedback regarding progress to the supervisor. Adhere to company policy, procedures, confidentiality, and patient information safeguards. Requires Registered Behavioral Technician certification, preferred, and valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Part-time role with medical benefits available for those who qualify.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician or interested in becoming certified
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
- Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
