Job Summary
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-person ABA therapy to children in their homes in Boise, ID under supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording client data, attending supervision sessions and team meetings, and ensuring safe, engaging in-home sessions. Requires RBT certification, completion of 40-hour training, and a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR certification preferred; mileage reimbursement and benefits for full-time roles. Must have reliable transportation and pass background checks.
