Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to individuals with ASD. Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software, and work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review progress, develop teaching materials and visuals, and uphold confidentiality and professionalism. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
