Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement behavior intervention plans, collect and record progress data, and collaborate with the supervising BCBA to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Develop teaching materials and visuals, maintain confidentiality, and participate in ongoing training. Communicate with parents to review progress.
