Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism under BCBA supervision; implement ABA treatment plans; collect and record data on progress and behaviors; collaborate with the BCBA and team members on behavior intervention plans; assist in training parents and caregivers on ABA techniques; maintain a safe, supportive environment; coordinate care with the client's team and maintain positive relationships with the family; schedule after school, evenings, and weekends as needed.
