Job Summary
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA; provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD; collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software; work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs; maintain ongoing communication with parents to review client progress; develop and create teaching materials and visuals; maintain confidentiality and professionalism; participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification or eligibility
- experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
