Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA to children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities. Implement behavior intervention plans, track client progress through data collection, and assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies, maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records, support daily living activities and social interactions, conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles, and contribute to a compassionate, goal-oriented treatment environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques
- Ability to engage with children and adolescents
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to learn about Autism and ABA Therapy
