Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school while implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Collect and document data on client progress and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Part-time role of 30 hours a week from Monday through Friday, with shifts running from 10am to 4pm. Requires RBT license, 40-hour training certificate, valid CPR and First Aid, and ability to pass a background check. Located in Smithville, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licence
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion
- Valid CPR and First aid certificate
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
- Part-Time: 30 hours a week-M-F
- Shifts: 10am-4pm
- Location: Smithville, MO
