Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment while following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA. Track and report on client progress through session notes and maintain a consistent, positive presence in your client's day. Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations. Part-time afternoon hours are available now, with potential to grow into full-time roles. Competitive pay ranges from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour. Active RBT certification from the BACB and a high school diploma or equivalent are required, with previous ABA experience being a plus. Blossom ABA Therapy offers a BCBA Fellowship Program and dedicated clinical support to help you grow into leadership roles.
