Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis in home settings within the Blackwood area, delivering services to learners with autism while maintaining active RBT credentials. Provide direct supervision and support to caregivers, ensuring all interactions align with ethical standards and collaborative team goals. Manage flexible scheduling and reliable transportation requirements to serve clients across New Jersey. Complete necessary onboarding steps including fingerprinting and reference checks before beginning work. Enjoy biweekly pay rates between $25-$30 per hour, plus a $100 sign-on and $250 onboarding bonus. Full-time staff receive health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, along with 401(k) matching after three months.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
- Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey
