Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis sessions in homes within the Keyport area, focusing on learners with autism. Provide direct supervision and support to caregivers while maintaining ethical standards and intention in all interactions. Complete required fingerprinting and reference checks prior to beginning work. This role offers biweekly pay between $25-$30 per hour, flexible scheduling, and a $100 sign-on plus $250 onboarding bonus. Full-time employees receive health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days, along with a 401(k) after three months. Happy Hearts ABA provides in-person and telehealth supervision by BCBAs, PTO, and pathways to Continuing Education Credits for aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
- Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
