Job Summary
Conduct Applied Behavior Analysis sessions in homes within the Wanaque area, utilizing an active RBT credential to support learners with autism. Provide direct supervision and feedback to caregivers while maintaining ethical standards in all interactions. Complete required onboarding steps including fingerprinting and reference checks prior to client placement. Earn $25-$30 per hour with biweekly pay, plus a $100 sign-on and $250 onboarding bonus. Flexible scheduling available with full-time health benefits after 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
- Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
