Job Summary
Conduct direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by a supervisor, collect and record data accurately, and graph data as instructed. Communicate clearly with clients and caregivers while maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to the code of ethics. Demonstrate competency post-training and pursue continued professional development through workshops and literature review. Part-time role (15-25 hours weekly) with morning availability preferred. Starting pay range of $20-$23/hr, potentially up to $27/hr plus bonuses. Requires some college credits in psychology or a related field, with a preference for RBT certification and experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. All applicants must pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must have some college credits or working towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field
- Certification: Registered Behavior Technician
- All applicants must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Morning Availability Preferred
