Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building care plans as an integral member of the clinical team while accurately recording session data via electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment by connecting directly with families and maintaining a calm demeanor during challenging situations. Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time and requiring a 6-month commitment. RBT certification is mandatory before working, though paid training is available for candidates without prior experience.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
