Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team, record session data accurately using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. No prior experience required; paid training provided. Part-time opportunities ideal for students or those seeking flexible schedules with afternoon/evening hours as part of a growing ABA team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- Great fit if you have Experience in Education or early childhood development (optional)
- Paid training offered
