Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. You will join a clinical team to directly implement skill-building and care plans, record session data using electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. RBT certification is required; high school diploma or equivalent. Positions start part-time with opportunities for paid training, internship/fellowship hours accrual, and potential advancement within the ABA field. Flexible scheduling and referral bonuses are highlighted as part of the role. Required Qualifications
- RBT certification is required before working
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor
- Experience in Education/early childhood development or related fields is a plus
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism is a plus
- Ability to record session data accurately using electronic devices
- Ability to work in clients’ homes or community-based locations
