Job Summary
Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients while following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols. Collect and record data based on client behavior, empathically communicate with families and supervisors, and assist the BCBA during assessments and material preparation. Seek consultation to ensure effective treatment implementation. Requires three months of RBT experience, valid certification, and a driver's license. Sessions occur Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in-home in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
- Must have a valid RBT Certification Number
- Active driver license
- Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Catalyst or other data collection
