Job Summary
Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients in-home sessions while following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols. Collect and record data based on client behavior and empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisors. Assist the BCBA during behavioral assessments and prepare learning materials, seeking consultation to ensure effective treatment implementation. Requires valid RBT certification, three months of experience, and a driver's license. Commute to client locations is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
- Must have a valid RBT Certification Number
- Active driver license
- Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS
