Job Summary
Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients in-home sessions, following behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols while collecting and recording data. Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisors, and assist the BCBA during behavioral assessments and material preparation. Seek consultation to ensure effective treatment implementation. Requires valid RBT certification, three months of experience, a driver's license, and reliable transportation. Commute to client locations as needed. BH Field offers continuous education, PTO, and health benefits for employees working 30+ hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
- Must have a valid RBT Certification Number
- Active driver license
- Willingness to commute to our clients' cases location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS
