Job Summary
Part-time Registered Behavior Technician providing one-on-one ABA services to children with special needs. Responsibilities include running skill acquisition programs (Discrete Trial Instruction and Natural Environment Teaching), data collection and tracking, following individualized behavior plans, addressing problem behaviors, completing session documentation, using assistive technology, attending team meetings/trainings, assisting with parent trainings, and potentially participating in community events. Requires a bachelor’s degree and company-sponsored RBT certification prior to working independently; salary $20-$25 per hour; schedule 15-20 hours per week (Mon-Thu 8:30a-5p, Fri 8:30a-2:30p with location in Jacksonville, FL; travel occasional).
