Job Summary
Provide in-home, in-clinic, and school-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities under supervision. Implement all clinical programs, create program materials as needed, collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors, train parents on behavioral protocols, submit documentation per insurance guidelines, and participate in therapist trainings and team meetings. Requires current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad covers costs). Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
