Job Summary
Part-time RBT/Behavior Therapist implementing clinical ABA programs, creating program materials, collecting and graphing data on reduction and acquisition behaviors, training parents on behavioral protocols, submitting documentation per insurance guidelines, and attending trainings with BCBA supervision. Requires either current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification; high school diploma; valid driver's license with auto insurance; strong written and verbal communication; team-oriented, dependable, adaptable; opportunity to grow into full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
- Experience working with children preferred
