Job Summary
Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Therapist in Festus, MO, with potential to grow to Full-Time. Implement clinical ABA programs under the supervising behavior analyst, create program materials, collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors, train parents on behavioral protocols, submit documentation per insurance guidelines, and participate in trainings and team meetings. In-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings; compensation $20-$30/hour based on certification and experience; benefits include training, orientation, supervision, and bonuses. Requires RBT certification or willingness to obtain one; valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; strong communication and teamwork skills; high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
