Job Summary
Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Therapist to implement clinical ABA programs as assigned, create program materials, collect and graph data on reduction and acquisition behaviors, train parents on protocols, submit documentation per insurance guidelines, and participate in trainings and team meetings. Flexible schedule with opportunities to grow into full-time; setting includes in-home, in-clinic, and school-based environments; requires RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
