Job Summary
Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA. Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), track patient progress by data collection and clinical documentation, and communicate professionally with families and clinical management. Assist with daily living skills, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and contribute to therapy sessions with speech or occupational therapy. Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment. Opportunities include full-time or part-time afternoon shifts with comprehensive benefits and potential for professional growth; starting compensation is $18.00-$21.00 per hour.
