Job Summary
Facilitate one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy services for pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder within a clinic-based environment. Collect clinical data to track patient progress and submit documentation while following Behavior Intervention Plans outlined by a BCBA supervisor. Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting, and provide behavioral support during speech or occupational therapy sessions. Communicate professionally with clinical management and families while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality guidelines. Obtain RBT Certification within the first 60 days of employment. Full-time and part-time positions available Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have a completed High School Diploma or GED
- Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Graduates (or a degree in progress) within the field of: Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work & Counseling
- Experience in the following fields: paraprofessionals, nannies, babysitters, caregivers, teachers or Montessori guides, coaches, tutors, camp counselors
- Someone passionate about helping families with autism thrive
- Someone that is dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic
