Job Summary
Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, working one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. Implement ABA programs, follow treatment and behavior intervention plans, collect and track session data, support skill development and positive behavior, and share progress with the clinical team. Ideal for individuals with experience caring for children (nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional) who are interested in growing in ABA and behavioral health, with flexible scheduling and support to complete RBT certification if needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
