Job Summary
Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to children in home, school, or clinic settings. Responsibilities include implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA, following treatment and behavior intervention plans, collecting and tracking session data, supporting skill development and promoting positive behavior, and sharing progress with the clinical team. Flexible scheduling with supervision and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. Location: Hackensack, NJ; setting includes home-based and clinic cases; pay is $20–$30/hour; ideal for someone recently certified or pursuing RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized

- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
