Job Summary
Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to children in home, school, or clinic settings; implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA; follow treatment and behavior intervention plans; collect and track session data; support skill development and promote positive behavior; share progress with the clinical team; flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health; supports to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to grow/complete RBT certification
