Job Summary
Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to children in home, school, or clinic settings; implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA; collect and track session data; support skill development and promote positive behavior; share progress with the clinical team; flexible scheduling with after-school hours; opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health; role may involve working with children who are on the autism spectrum and may include in-home, school, or clinic settings; supervision and support to complete RBT certification if needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
- Interest in behavioral health
- Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
