Job Summary
Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under supervision of a BCBA. Implement specific treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills. Part-time role with flexible schedules; BCBA supervision provided. Travel to client homes within an hour of residence is required. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to meet physical demands of the job.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services to clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed
