Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services for children on the autism spectrum in home, clinic, and community settings; implement behavior intervention plans; collect data; and support parents and teachers. Training opportunities include becoming an RBT for those not certified, ongoing BCBA-directed supervision, and pathways toward BCBA/BCaBA certification. Compensation is hourly and based on experience. Job types include Contract, Part-time, and Full-time with locations in Ashburn, Manassas, Herndon, Woodbridge, Fairfax (VA).
Required Qualifications
- BACB Registered Behavior Technician credential (RBT) preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- HIPAA certification
- Child Abuse and Neglect training/certification
- At least 2 years of college credits
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Available to work 9:00 am–7:00 pm and some Saturdays
