Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services for children on the autism spectrum in home, clinic, and community settings. Create a fun learning environment, implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support parents and teachers. Training opportunities to become an RBT are provided for those not yet certified; ongoing supervision from BCBA staff and guidance toward BCBA/BCaBA certification are available. Compensation is hourly and based on experience, with $20-$30 per billable hour. Location-based duties include work across Ashburn, Manassas, Herndon, and Woodbridge with potential career growth in ABA/psychology fields.
Required Qualifications
- Credentialed as an RBT by BACB preferred
- CPR/First Aid, HIPAA, and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications required
- At least 2 years of college credits
- Criminal background check required
- Available to work between 9 am - 7:00 pm and some Saturdays
