Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress while collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. RBT certification is required; full-time roles offer 20 hours/week with flexible scheduling or part-time availability. Competitive pay ranges from $25 to $30/hour.
