Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Requires RBT certification, high school diploma, and ability to pass a background check. Flexible shifts available in New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
