Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Anderson, MO

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or at community-based locations, implementing skill-building and care plans under guidance of the clinical team; accurately record session data using electronic devices; collaborate with families and the broader ABA team to support clients with autism. A part-time role with flexible scheduling, paid training, opportunities for clinical advancement, and pathways through BCBA schooling programs. Eligible candidates will be willing to commit to a 6-month timeframe and have a compassionate, patient approach to working with children and neurodiverse populations.
