Job Summary
Implement personalized behavior intervention plans and provide one-to-one behavioral support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Collect data on client progress and serve as the primary resource for clients and families under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Work in-home or community settings, including schools and centers, Monday through Friday with potential weekend coverage. Requires Active Registered Behavior Technician certification, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and experience with children ages 2-12. Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plus. Hourly compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour with up to 30 hours per week guaranteed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum
- Experience with children ages 2-12 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Mobile phone
- Willingness to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday and potential weekends
