Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for clients with autism and developmental disabilities while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes to ensure seamless care within a safe, organized therapeutic environment. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $27, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team dedicated to empowering children and adults with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (psychology, education, or a related field)
- Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Part-time availability (hours will vary)
