Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in-home or clinic-based settings, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction plans, using CentralReach to track data, collaborating with a BCBA and care team, maintaining program materials, and communicating progress to parents. The role includes paid training to obtain the RBT credential (certificate cost covered), opportunities for advancement, bilingual pay for English/Spanish speakers, premium pay for sessions after 5 PM, and weekly BCBA supervision and fieldwork support. The position emphasizes supportive, inclusive culture, with accrued paid sick time and benefits for eligible employees. The expected hourly range is $20–$30, with final offers based on skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles)
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule 4 days per week minimum
- RBT certification preferred but not required
- Experience working with children, ASD experience strongly preferred
