Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA; implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children who have autism; track progress through accurate session data and notes; communicate with families and the clinical team to support success; stay physically active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.); flexible part-time or full-time scheduling; 15–25+ hours per week depending on client needs; training provided for certification path; requires high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license; salary is paid hourly in the range of $23–$29/hour depending on experience and credentials.
