Job Summary
One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain a safe, organized therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team; schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; location in Lakeway, TX; requires active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 20 days); pay scales vary by education level (High School/Associate: $17.50-$24/hr; Bachelor’s: $21-$25.50/hr; Master’s: $23.50-$27/hr); full-time hours with growth opportunities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
