Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged during therapy; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours with growth opportunities into leadership, and includes paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- High School diploma or Associate's Degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
