Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintaining a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborating with a supportive team; and potentially supporting nearby clinics. Compensation varies by education level (High School/Associate’s: $19–$23.75/hr, Bachelor’s: $21.50–$27.25/hr, Master’s: $22.50–$28/hr) with guaranteed full-time hours, paid training and certification, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Team mindset and willingness to support nearby clinic if needed
