Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA methods; follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; maintain an active pace and a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team and participate in paid RBT certification and ongoing growth opportunities (promotions to clinical administrator, operations manager, or BCBA through Everest Program).
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Schedule flexibility for Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and possible Saturdays
- Ability to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years
