Job Summary
Join Action Behavior Centers as a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through play and hands-on activities. The role emphasizes a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth into leadership, BCBA pathways via the Everest Program, and paid RBT certification. Expect predictable daytime hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays, located at ABC in Gurnee, IL. Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
