Job Summary
One-on-one play-based ABA technician role for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, maintain a safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Positions are full-time with guaranteed hours, offering paid RBT certification, growth opportunities into leadership roles, and a clear path toward advanced clinical roles. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location is Richardson, TX. Pay scales by education level range from $17–$23.50/hour (HS/Associate) to higher rates for Bachelor's or Master’s degrees, with annualized pay estimated from $35,360 to $56,160 depending on education. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with movement and active pace during therapy
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
