Job Summary
One-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, stay active and engaged during therapy, and maintain a clean, safe therapy environment. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Opportunities for growth into leadership roles and advancement toward BCBA through programs. Full-time schedule with predictable daytime hours (8am-5pm) Monday–Friday, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location-based as Haslet or Fort Worth, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification
- RBT certification
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with 18 months to 8 years age range
- Paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
