Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged during therapy; maintain a clean, safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team to help children grow and succeed; opportunities for growth into leadership roles and BCBA pathways; paid training and RBT certification reimbursement; guaranteed full-time hours with raises every 6 months.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (with optional Saturdays)
- Full-time status
- Experience with children or ABA context preferred but not required
