Job Summary
You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment while collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training with full RBT certification coverage, and growth opportunities into administrative, operations, or BCBA pathways within ABC.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, crouch and get on/off the floor as needed
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years or older
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
